RESEALING
The join between the wall and floor in your shower is the most common area for water damage to occur. Older showers often have grout or other inflexible material in this seal join. Over time these products will crack due to building movement.
Australian Standards state all new showers built after January 1998 require a flexible seal be placed in the wall to wall and wall to floor join. Shower Surgeon can remove any inflexible products and install a modern, flexible, mould resistant silicone seal to your shower alcove. If your existing silicone is mouldy or leaking we can replace that too.
